Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms


- tagliatelle
- porcini mushrooms
- garlic
- chilli pepper
- parsley
- extravirgin olive oil
- speck
- Grana Padano cheese

Tagliatelle with mushrooms


Fry the garlic and chilli pepper in a large pan with extravirgin olive oil for some minutes.

Add the diced mushrooms and cook for about 10 minutes.

Put some water to boil with a pinch of salt. When the water is boiling add the tagliatelle and cook them "al dente".

Drain the tagliatelle and put them in the pan with the mushrooms, together with one or two spoons of the water used to cook them. Mix for a couple of minutes.

Remove the pan from fire, add some diced speck and mix.

Serve with chopped parsley and freshly grated Grana Padano on top.
